MISSION: Local & Global


Gateway is committed to Reaching to the world around it with the Love of Jesus. This Reach is both LOCAL and GLOBAL. Our current focus is in the Following Areas:

LOCALLY:

  • “Mary Magdalene Ministry” – touching the lives of Victoria’s Sex trade workers.
  • “Kids Helping Kids” – empowering local children and schools to meet needs of disadvantaged  local children.
  • “The Mustard SEED” – ministry in the homeless population of Victoria
  • “Sanctuary” – ministry to the homeless teens of Victoria.
  • Discover how you can serve in one of these areas.

Gateway serves and supports the following Global projects:

  • The Philippines – “Precious Jewels” – bringing love and hope to the poor.
  • South Africa - YWAM – establishing new churches, serving the poor.
  • India - “reaching out particularly to the Muslim people and training local people in business opportunities.”
  • South America – “Baptist Missions ” - serving in a variety of regions to bring the message of the Love of Jesus.
